Connecticut's personal injury SOL is 2 years (C.G.S. § 52-584). The Nursing Home Residents' Bill of Rights (C.G.S. § 19a-550(c)) provides a private right of action for violations, attorney's fees, and a damages floor. Government facility claims require notice under the Connecticut Claims Commissioner Act (C.G.S. § 4-148).
