Statute of Limitations
Georgia has a 2-year statute of limitations for personal injury/products liability under O.C.G.A. § 9-3-33. The discovery rule applies, with the clock starting when the cancer diagnosis is made (or should have been discovered). Wrongful death claims have a 2-year SOL from date of death.
