Oregon Revised Statutes § 12.110(4) provides a 2-year statute of limitations for asbestos disease claims from the earlier of the date the plaintiff discovers or should have discovered the disease, which in practice starts at mesothelioma diagnosis. Oregon uses modified comparative fault with a 51% bar.
